I was referred to Julie ahead of relocating to Ottawa for a work assignment. From the get go Julie was communicative and supportive. She understood my needs and helped curate my rental experience in a brand new city. She offered her advice and recommendations based on her lived experiences and those of her friends and clients. I love a good plan and she was able to build and execute a good plan for viewing and negotiating a lease for me. Her and Jon helped me on the new adventure, checking in on me along the way. If you’re looking for someone who is very organized, communicative, supportive, and strong at execution I strongly recommend Julie!

I cannot put in words how thankful I am for Julie’s help on renting my house. Amazing is the least I can say about my experience. Every question I had, every concern that crossed my mind, she was there to help. I will definitely be doing business again !

If you’re looking for a real estate agent who can juggle impossible schedules, survive wild 100km+ house-hunting road trips, and still manage to smile while answering your 10th panicked text of the day—Julie is your person. I’ll be the first to admit I can carry some very unreasonable expectations and can get a little short when under pressure. Julie not only rolled with it, she did so with endless patience, honesty, and knowledge. She guided us through countless showings, sifted through a ridiculously broad set of criteria, and helped us stay sane during one of life’s most stressful experiences—moving. Thanks to her, we found the one. And now… I’m in Julie withdrawal. I’ve already requested a friendly hangout because, unfortunately, we won’t be moving again anytime soon (sorry, Julie—you’re stuck with us as friends now). 10/10 would recommend. Unless you were hoping for a boring, stress-free transaction. In that case, you should probably still call Julie, because somehow she manages to make even the stressful parts feel manageable.

Julie was great to deal with. In 2019 Julie helped us buy a property in Ottawa. The entire process went very smoothly. So in 2025, we reached out to Julie again when we were ready to sell the property. She provided the same great service. I would definitely recommend Julie!
