So I've used Julie as my agent three times now. More recently it was at the start of COVID and a lot of things had yet to be figured out (how to do home inspections safely, social distancing had yet to come in). She was respectful and cautious about how to handle the start of the pandemic while still making sure all of the requirements around purchasing a house were done to a high standard. We were also able to close at below asking thanks to her great negotiation skills.
