Fantastic Agent and wonderful person. Julie and Jon went above and beyond to help me buy my 1st house and selling it later on. Words won't be enough to describe how dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly and professional Julie and Jon are. absolutely the best! 100% recommended!

So I've used Julie as my agent three times now. More recently it was at the start of COVID and a lot of things had yet to be figured out (how to do home inspections safely, social distancing had yet to come in). She was respectful and cautious about how to handle the start of the pandemic while still making sure all of the requirements around purchasing a house were done to a high standard. We were also able to close at below asking thanks to her great negotiation skills.

Julie was very professional and knowledgable in helping us find and buy our first home. She guided us through a crazy market to a home that was exactly what we wanted in our price range. As first time home buyers there was many unknowns about what is involved when buying a home and Julie was very helpful in making sure we had everything in order. We also needed a mortgage broker, home inspector, and lawyer all of whom were referred to us by Julie and they were all just as professional and helpful as Julie.

Julie is a real professional with extensive experience, solid knowledge of the market, and all-encompassing understanding of property specifics. She possesses a great network of contacts which makes hunting for any information or additional services a breeze. Not only she would guide you through every step of the way of the selling/buying process, but she also goes an extra mile to ensure your property is sold or purchased at the best possible price and with most favorable conditions.
