This is the third house I have purchased with Juliana. My partner and I found our country dream home online and Juliana miraculously made it a reality. Her warmth, ability to connect with the seller’s agent and convey our affinity for the home won us the bid. She then turned her attention to helping us prepare our house for sale no easy feat with a toddler during a pandemic. Always tactful and patient, Juliana responded to our questions and concerns and ensured we gave it our best. Juliana is a brilliant, thoughtful and dedicated professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
