We felt she had a lot of experience and knowledge to guide us, she definitely knows what she is doing! Throughout the entire buying process, she was always open and honest with us. She would inquire about any questions we might have quickly and gave us her advice, while giving us room to make the final decision. She always made herself available for a call or a last minute visit. Julia also helped us assess the value of our current property, and guided us through the selling strategy and offer acceptance process. We would highly recommend Julia to anyone selling or buying, she's the best!
