Working with Judy was absolutely incredible. This was our first time selling a home and Judy made the process stress-free for us. Even though our condo wasn't all that valuable in the grand scheme of the Vancouver housing market, she also made us feel like we were her only listing, even though we are sure she had several going on at the time. Judy sold my condo and through her thorough understanding of the market conditions at the time suggested a list price consistent with the market.
