<p>I always say that I am tempted to buy real estate just so I can work with Judy again!<br /> This woman knows her stuff!! Judy sold my condo and through her thorough understanding of the market conditions at the time suggested a list price consistent with the market. Sounds like that should be a 'given' but I had spoken to several other well established realtors in the area and they were all stuck in an old paradigm of what places had been selling for over the years. Judy was able to see my place with fresh eyes, and quickly establish a list price much higher than the others suggested. She had me on the market within days, all staged with professional photos. I would have bought it if I didn't already own it!!<br /> When she came to present offers, in person (not over the phone), she was on her cell as she approached my door still working on finding out as much as she could about the buyers who made the offers so I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. And I was able to sell over list price!<br /> I have never seen a realtor work so hard for her clients. She makes it all look so easy through her cheerful and friendly disposition...and I have worked in the industry myself so I have met many, this is not the norm.<br /> I would never hesitate to recommend Judy, on either side of the transaction...buying or selling. She is a true professional!</p>
