Judy and her team are just wonderful in every way. Judy is highly professional and knowledgeable, always responds promptly to all our questions, and is efficient and always on time. She's calm, thoughtful and kind, and we trust every aspect of her work in helping us to buy and sell our homes. She's just a really lovely person, and so is each member of her team (with a special shout out to Josephine Lin!). We almost wish we were in the house flipping business, so that we got to work with her more often :)

I can't say enough about how great this agent was for us. In short: if you are looking for an agent who has your best interests at heart, combined with a terrific sense of 1) the market, 2) your property in relation to the market, 3) what is important in staging, timing, pricing, and more, this is the agent to contact. More details: we have bought and sold 4 homes (2 in Toronto, 2 here in Vancouver - all for our family to live in), and of the 3 different agents we have had, Judy is at the top. She's super smart, really full of energy, and just plain knows what matters when it comes to selling. And she works an extra mile to get her clients the best price. We met with agents who suggested lower sales prices because of their take on the market. Judy suggested a higher sale price (one that was ambitious) and then went on to sell our town-home with multiple offers more the 50 thousand above asking, after a single weekend of showing (and some pre-showings in the days before). Then, within about 2 weeks of selling and searching for our dream home, we put in offer on our current home based on her advice (there were also multiple offers). She guided us so that we bought for a really amazing price at the right moment in the neighbourhood we've been looking in for 3 years. Further Judy was so generous with her time, expertise and resources. She staged our house (she also brought in a stager for free to advise) but came up with additional key ideas. Then she went shopping for the right, e.g., painting of the wall, plants and gorgeous bathroom decorations, and more, spent hours setting things up carefully, and later gifted us with much of what she had bought. Last but not least, Judy strikes one as a bright, fresh, kind and intelligent person and a pleasure to be around. We just loved working with her. We really can't say how lucky we were to find her. P.S., I've never rated any other real estate agent!

Judy and Josephine have been great partners in our journey to purchase our first condo in Canada. As first-time home buyers, we had little knowledge about the entire real estate process. Josephine was great during open house visits and advised us well to manage discussions with other realtors/ sellers. We had multiple calls with Judy at different times of the day/ late evenings and she was always available to answer our questions. She maintains good database which allowed us to review comparable properties and their recent valuations. She appreciated us going back and forth with her to determine our best search criteria and list of significant features. In this process, we learnt more about our true preference and were able to choose this unit. She was fantastic during negotiation with the seller. We are confident that thanks to her efforts, we got a great value.

After being on the market for just 2 days, an offer for the full-asking price was accepted.
