As a first time home buyer, Joyce made the experience incredibly easy and pleasurable. We were referred to her by an out of province friend and she was a great person to deal with from the moment she called us. She narrowed our criteria down to a few homes and viewing them started shortly after. We were fortunate enough to have only had to look at one to know we wanted it. She kept in constant communication with us and made sure no strings were left untied. I’d recommend Joyce to any buyer/seller in Calgary!

Joyce went above and beyond what was required of an agent. She answered any and all questions I had and we had many as we were out of the country wham we purchased our new home. She made everything go so smoothly.
