Don't be fooled by Joshua's youth! His knowledge on real estate far outweighs his youthful appearance. Karen and I had the privilege of working with Joshua in our search for a new home. We felt very comfortable working with Joshua right from the onset. From viewings to putting down an offer, negotiating with the selling party to getting the keys to our new home! Joshua was with us all the way, constantly communicating with us, guiding and advising. In the end, we got the house of our dreams! Joshua was very accommodating with his schedule and is prompt with schedule and paperwork. As stressful as it is buying a property, Joshua really made it less stressful for me and Karen. Started my search for my first home on my own where I met Joshua at one of his listings. He continued to help me on the way by sending multiple listings meeting my requirements. He was very knowledgeable as I knew little about the market. Continued helping me by providing a great mortgage broker along with a lawyer as well later on. Was able to close a deal within a small amount of time with the right home. Would recommend him to anyone looking to purchasing a home.
