Josh Yap was the Agent we had for the purchase of our house in October. Josh was forthright and sincere. He was down to earth, transparent, relaible and very knowledgeable of the current market. We moved from another province, so Josh was able to answer many of our questions in regards to the city of Edmonton, demographics, as well as the surrounding areas. He was quick to arrange times to visit the homes that we were interested in, which is the reason we were able to seize a great deal on our dream home!! He is communicative and always easy to reach. He understood our needs/wants, as well as our 'deal breakers'. He was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommended Josh!!!
