Jorie and the team at Bryce Hanson were outstanding! Jorie had excellent local knowledge and the experience from the BH team was a great complement whenever required. She was on top of every aspect of the purchase of our new home, which was so critical while working with a compressed timeframe. Always responsive and one step ahead of the process. Answered all of our questions and concerns throughout and was a great advocate when trying to hunt down information or organize inspections, paperwork, etc. She alleviated all of our anxieties with her attention to detail. Went well above and beyond the call and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Jorie to anyone looking to buy a new home. Thank you Jorie!!

Jorie is ambitious, knowledgeable, pleasant and responded instantly, and never kept me wondering about anything. During viewings, she went the extra mile to explore things like alternative beach access, secondary exits from buildings, and even the surrounding neighborhood. She rose to the challenge of finding a place for me based on my vague description of a walking path i wished to be close to. She located the spot i wanted along this path, found an available home within metres of where i wanted to be…knocked it out of the park for unconventional ways to meet my needs! Very impressive! Jorie’s familiarity of each neighborhood means you wont get tunnel vision and lose sight of the bigger picture of the area, and the pros/cons of living there. I never got the sense that i was asking for too much even when i knew i was. Jorie remained positive and communicative throughout our experience together.
