We just bought our new home in Courtenay last Wednesday with Realtor Jorie Gough representing my wife and myself. Jorie was professional, knowledgeable and patient with us especially me as I am a man of many questions. I don’t know about the rest of her team but if they are as good as Jorie then it must be a solid group. We would definitely recommend Jorie to our family and friends.

Jorie is an extremely talented and intuitive real estate professional. Her communication through the viewing and purchasing process was exceptional! She was constantly available and always took the time to look into our concerns very thoroughly. There is no doubt that Jorie is our go-to realtor for the Comox Valley!

Jorie and the team at Bryce Hanson were outstanding! Jorie had excellent local knowledge and the experience from the BH team was a great complement whenever required. She was on top of every aspect of the purchase of our new home, which was so critical while working with a compressed timeframe. Always responsive and one step ahead of the process. Jorie is ambitious, knowledgeable, pleasant and responded instantly, and never kept me wondering about anything. During viewings, she went the extra mile to explore things like alternative beach access, secondary exits from buildings, and even the surrounding neighborhood. She rose to the challenge of finding a place for me based on my vague description of a walking path i wished to be close to. She located the spot i wanted along this path, found an available home within metres of where i wanted to be…knocked it out of the park for unconventional ways to meet my needs! Very impressive! Jorie’s familiarity of each neighborhood means you wont get tunnel vision and lose sight of the bigger picture of the area, and the pros/cons of living there. I never got the sense that i was asking for too much even when i knew i was. Jorie remained positive and communicative throughout our experience together.
