<p>Jordan was very helpful, patient and a fun guy to work with. He always answered my many phone calls & texts in a timely manner. Even after the deal was done, I asked him for help from the seller's lawyers and he was able to find an answer for me. I was a property owner virgin and Jordan helped with all aspects in purchasing my apartment. He recommended a mortgage broker who was extremely successful for me. I could contact Jordan during evenings and weekends and still he would be very helpful with my endless questions. I will highly recommend Jordan to anyone.</p>

Jordan took the time to learn about our property's co-operative ownership. This property was difficult to sell and required a lot of post showing work to complete the sale. Jordan assisted 2 different buyers with difficult financing issues. This property would not have sold if Jordan did not assist these buyers with financing. This property generated a lot of interest and Jordan was able to qualify customers to save time and decrease showings while the property was rented out. Jordan brought us the perfect offer with a great closing date.</p> <p>Jordan is not a listing agent who signs up homeowners and waits for other realtors to sell the property. He actively sought out buyers and ensured they were qualified before showing our property. The property sold quickly at the asking price.</p>
