I went MIA for a bit due to tax season (being an accountant), and Jordan still was sure to contact me and send me listings, so that when I was available again, we jumped straight into the search and found the perfect niche house for me! We had complications with financing, and Jordan's patience and expediency was an integral part in us getting the deal. He was able to liaison between buyer/agent/seller/broker/notary in a timely, professional, yet friendly manner. He was always just a text message or phone call away! Solid guy, great realtor, recommending him to friends, and definitely would hire again!</p>

<p>Jordan sold my house in no time, after having it sit on the market for over a year with a different agent. The house had to be a very specific buyer, which can be tough for agents to find. However, Jordan made it seem easy. He is a very hard worker, honest, and will do anything for his clients. I can't recommend him enough.</p>

I cannot sing Jordan's praises enough! My husband and I were very stressed to sell our house in Kelowna quickly. Jordan came in immediately, updated photos, did video footage and took the job head on. He communicated very effectively during the process, very trustworthy, could not be nicer and we made money on our house! We will use Jordan for our future estate needs because our experience was so great.

Jordan was able to sell my house, that required a very specific buyer very quickly. I had it listed with a different agent in Kelowna first and had no responses. If you are looking for investment property, or a home for personal use, Jordan gets the job done. He helped me find the property, negotiate the purchase, put me in contact with a building inspector, and gave me the contact details for a Notary or Lawyer. He is available at any time to answer questions and resolve concerns. The entire process was seamless.</p>
