For a guy who's as active as he is with multiple listings and other people he is working with, Jonathan made it feel like mine is the only one he is working on. It was a small deal land sell but he treated it like it was important, and was willing to work with me on what I needed. For that, I can say with certainty we'll do many transactions together.
