Hi, I’m Jonathan Lander, also known as the REDHEADREALTOR® 🔥, a proud Halifax native with deep roots right here in Nova Scotia. I had the honour of serving in the Canadian Armed Forces for over eight years (2015–2023), an experience that shaped who I am today and instilled values of leadership, discipline, and commitment that I carry into every client relationship.

Since earning my real estate license in 2021, I’ve been fortunate to grow a business built on trust, hard work, and strong community connections while serving buyers and sellers across Nova Scotia. Along the way, I’ve been proud to earn recognition as a Top 20 agent in my brokerage in both 2023 and 2024 (out of 260+ agents), a Top 10 agent across all of Atlantic Canada in 2025, and a Top 3 agent in Nova Scotia for 2025. I was also honoured to finish Top 10 in REMAX Canada’s 30 Under 30 for 2024, achievements that truly reflect the incredible support of my clients and community.
