Jonathan Ashkin by far is the BEST and MOST TRUSTED realtor I have worked with to date. My family and I have used multiple realtors in purchasing various properties, and we have had the best experience with Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable when showing us around, and spent ample time getting to know our likes and dislikes and finding us the perfect home. He even helped us avoid making bad decisions on some properties when we thought they were a good idea. He saved us a lot of trouble and headache, when we were looking for our perfect home. I would highly recommend Jonathan and his team to all my friends and family going forward. He went over and beyond my expectations, and certainly gained our trust and a life long relationship going forward. Thank you Jonathan and your team for finding us a lovely home!

Jonathan was exceptional in all areas of service offered. He was very accessible and punctual, in fact he got there before I did every time. He was very patient and took the time to explain the process to us. He was open and honest in our viewings and showed us things at the houses we saw to consider and bear in mind that we would never know on our own. Very importantly too, he did not try to force us to make a decision he understood the decision was ours and patiently respected that. I would recommend Jonathan to any one in search of a knowledgeable, friendly and patient realtor who also happens to also be quite humorous (an added bonus).

Jonathan provided exemplary service for my wife and I as we were looking to transition from the GTA to Calgary. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all things real estate. Because we weren't planning on flying out to see properties ourselves, we did have some reservations at first, but Jonathan made the process as painless as possible. He provided insightful recommendations. He assisted us every step of the way from providing incredibly thorough and informative video walkthroughs to providing us with a selection of professionals to use. He was our eyes on the ground. He walked through the property with the home inspector and performed the walkthrough prior to closing. He was also at the airport to welcome us to Calgary and provide us with the keys to our new home. My wife and I honestly can't recommend him enough.
