Best real estate agent in the business hands down. Extremely knowledgeable about the properties, neighbourhoods, market trends. From day one he was pointing out the defects of each home so we knew what to expect in terms of things that would need updating fixing or replacing. No surprises when we bought the home. He was able to take our suggestions and curated lists of places suiting those needs until we found our home. He was never pushy; he made sure we found *the* home and not just *a* home.
