I have bought and sold several properties over the years and John was one of the best realtors that I have ever work with. Selling a house, as part of an estate, can be challenging at the best of times. Putting a house on the market, under those circumstances, in the early days of the world wide COVID 19 pandemic seemed a bit overwhelming but John pulled it off. We had 3 full price offers within a couple of weeks and ended up accepting one. His expertise was critical in navigating the challenges presented by the shut down of government institutions during the early days of the pandemic as we got this deal completed. He also was very knowable about dealing, successfully, with a previously unknown radon issue that came up during the sale. Throughout the process I found John to be very professional with a calm demeanor. He was always accessible and had answers to all my questions. While working with John there was never a problem, only solutions. I can not recommend his services enough.
