John DiBernardo was amazing. My father wintered in Oliver and John looked after my dad when he bought his mobile home there. When my father was given less than four weeks to live our lives were thrown into total chaos. We raced the clock to deal with his Ontario life and then I had to fly to B.C. to deal with his home there. Dad said call John and so I did. I told him I had three days in B.C. to get the sale going. He immediately made arrangements to meet me. He took all the information, walked through the home and provided information about comparable properties and views on asking price. He was more than willing to help with other questions such as utilities and garbage pickup. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I immediately felt that he was an honest and trustworthy person. He took charge of everything. My biggest concern was that I had to return to Ontario and how were we going to manage that. He put me at ease by saying that we could do everything by phone and email, including having to sign all the documents. He showed the trailer to prospective buyers and kept me informed with each step. When we had an offer he was very helpful with the counter proposal and the final signing of the offer. The sale was further complicated when my father passed and the sale had to go on hold until his estate was probated in B.C. John communicated with the buyers and myself and was able to arrange for the proposed sale to remain in place and the buyers took possession once everything was done. I did not have to worry about the sale process at all. John was a God send. In all the madness, other than the Court delay, absolutely everything went without a hitch. I would use John again in a heartbeat.

John was amazing to work with. He is super friendly and you can tell he cares about his clients. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and I recommend John to anyone looking to buy or sell!
