This is the second time we have used John to help purchase property in Osoyoos. John was great in ensuing we understood the legalities with purchasing a court ordered sale and answered my many questions. Meeting John for the first time at the courthouse was like we had already met before - he wasn't a stranger:) John always kept in contact with us on a regular basis and if John was not available we were able to work with Tracy.

John is Honest, trustworthy, Very likeable. He knows his business. He tells it like it is. Not promising you the world, when knowing he can't produce the results.
