John Bitonti is a very knowledgeable realtor, and my husband and I felt comfortable listing our house with him. Unfortunately it was a slow market at the time, and it took a bit longer to sell our house than we had hoped and for less money than we expected. John was very honest when we discussed the market trends and that this was what we might run into despite the fact we had a very desirable location.

John advised my wife and me on two home purchases since 2013 and he has been nothing short of outstanding. John helped us navigate our first home purchase back in 2013 and our first house purchase in 2019 and was able to answer the very many questions we had throughout both processes. We completely place our trust with John and rightfully so - he has very deep knowledge and experience in the Calgary real estate business. The house we recently purchased had a competing offer and he helped us design an offer that was ultimately selected by the sellers.
