John Bitonti has immense knowledge about the properties in the Calgary market. He is very patient and carefully handpicked the listings we would be interested in. I have dealt with John on 4 separate deals in a 12 year span. Each experience was excellent. I found John to be very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and supportive during the purchase and sale process. John takes the time to understand you needs and as a selling realtor, he does not overprice the evaluation just to get the listing. John was honest with his opinions and you can rely on them. What I also like about John's approach is that he is approachable and a what you see is what you get person. I was always happy with John's service excellence and dedication. John was able to get 3 back-to-back conditional offers in the April 2020 Covid market. It was amazing. Had I not moved to Ontario, John would still be my go to realtor.

John is an excellent agent. He stepped us through the whole process and was calming and in control during the sale. Very organized, easy to talk to. We listed higher than we originally thought we would and got above listing price and so he definitely paid for our real estate fees. I highly recommend using John as a realtor.
