Fantastic job helping us with our first home purchase here in Canada! I would definitely recommend and use John’s services again in future!

We bought a house in the summer of 2020 when the world was a little different and travel between the US and Canada required a two week isolation. We were located on the west coast buying a home in HRM. John went out of his way to visit all the homes we were interested in and FaceTimed us throughout. He was there for all the inspections and kept us informed through the entire process and we were comfortable enough to buy a home with him even though we didn’t physically see it.

John was an absolute delight to deal with on purchasing my home. As a first time home buyer I had no idea how many steps there were in the process. From inspections to lawyers, he had the whole process laid out and took the time to explain everything. John's energy and sense of urgency sets him apart from the others!

Highly recommend John. He is hard working, honest and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to work with. He did a fantastic job for us!

John did an outstanding job with assisting me with the same of my previous residence. He knew exactly on what needed to be done for the sale and was extremely helpful providing assistance with any questions I had. I would absolutely ask John again for assistance in the future.
