John is THE BEST!!! We met randomly at an open house and we were so impressed that we contacted John to represent us a month later. When we were in active negotiations on a property John was guiding us every step of the way. We looked at a property at 8pm, put in an offer at 10pm and owned the property by midnight. I first met John as he was selling a neighbours home....is personality was infectious and I knew if I was to ever need a realtor it would be John,,,,,in saying that my step-father was selling his condo ..well John got the job done he is top notch and if I was to sell at anytime he would be the man.
