John is a true gentleman and a consummate professional. He evaluated our home carefully and recommended a fair and realistic price aimed at a quick sale. The house sold in less than a day, and for more than the asking price. At first, we wondered if we could have asked even more. We considered replacing the windows at a cost of roughly $30,000, which might have increased the selling price by perhaps $40,000. But realistically, after negotiations, delays, added stress, and extra work, we likely would have ended up close to breaking even anyway.
