Johanna made everything appear so easy for us, explained every detail of every process we went through, advice me on the purchase as if she was the one buying the property, and was very very patience on every decision I made while searching my new home! I wasn’t impressed when people asked me who my realtor was, and when they knew it was Johanna, they all told me that I was in the right hands! She really makes you feel safe in this whole process, and she is super fast and proactive in everything. She does not only wears the realtor hat, She is very skillful and advised me on the financial matters as well. Johanna even shared an excel file with all the numbers I needed to know so I could properly see the financial pro and cons of my new property and make the right financial decisions.
