I have worked with Johanna for a couple of years now. Not only she is very professional and knows what she is doing but also she is the type of agent that is not pressuring you to buy/sell when it is not convenient for you. She puts herself into your shoes to advice you if the transaction is a good deal or not, as if she was the one buying / selling herself. Johanna is true professional!! From our very first meeting she and her partner Matthew were punctual, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Our sale was far from “typical” or simple, as there was an American ReLocation company between us and Johanna’s buyer. All complications of this non-traditional transactions were handled by Johanna, like a champ. From marketing efforts, to showings and closing, we could not have wished for a better experience.
