Joel was an exceptional real estate agent. He was always very professional, honest, kind and I knew he had my best interest at heart. I was so impressed with him that I not only purchased a home with him but I also sold it. Thanks Joel for making sure that we were taken care of.

Joel was always available to work around our schedule and kept us well informed during the whole process from multiple house viewings to the signing of the final deal. He answered all our questions. Joel was very good to work with.

I met Joel approximately 3 years ago when I attempted to sell my home on my own. I of course got a lot of replies from other realtors but there was something about his response that was very honest and straight forward (his real character as I found out later was coming through). With little to no sales success on my own and with the unsuccessful term of another very high end realtor coming to a close, I arranged to have Joel over one afternoon to view the home and see if he would be the realtor for the job. I was without a doubt going through the worst time of my life, in the process of going through a divorce with many complications and regrettably having to sell a very dear home after over 35 years of occupancy. I'm not sure what it was but Joel and I hit it off just about immediately. Far from the rapid sales pitch and realtor promises I was expecting, Joel viewed the home and then sat down for discussion. We shared coffee and snacks and I noticed that he let me do most of the talking; I assume so he could get a full understanding of this sales situation. He quietly empathized with what I was going through and commented that he found the home very appealing but he also spelled out that because it was unique in certain aspects (above average price, very large lot, an older home) that it might take some time to find the right buyer: no false expectations. From what I saw that afternoon and for a young man that spoke with such clarity and wisdom of the market (he got his realtor license at age 19), I wanted him to be the realtor to sell my home. It did take some time to sell but Joel always gave me adequate time before showings and for the circumstances, made the entire process quite painless. We have kept in touch and I have especially relied on him for advice on another recent land purchase that I have made where he was not involved as an active realtor. Joel knows Edmonton real estate (and beyond) and I am very pleased to have chosen him and to remain in contact.

Joel made the whole process of being a first time homebuyer a breeze. Quick responses, great communication between parties, as well as very knowledgable and helpful through the whole process. Joel's professionalism and knowledge made the entire journey easy and more enjoyable.
