Joel was truly amazing to work with! We so appreciated the time he took to get to know US so he could help us find a home that was perfectly suited to what we wanted both now and for our future. He stayed within our budget, didn’t push us to spend more than we were comfortable with and worked within that to get us our dream home! He was efficient with our showing dates as we wanted outside the city (he was both organized and timely with multiple showings at a time). We have ZERO bad things to say about our entire time with Joel - he hooked us up with an amazing mortgage broker as well! He is professional, kind, genuine and truly respectable.
