This is the third time I have bought and sold a house with Joe, and it has always been a great success. He knows the business and can help you every step of the way. He is personable and always responds quickly. His experience and advice in the purchase of my house in 2021 resulted in a massive profit when selling it this summer (I don't flip houses, but purchased with future value in mind in case i had to move again). Joe is who you want at your side when buying or selling your home.
