I don’t usually write reviews but I have to let others know how amazing Jocelyn and her team were for my relocation. Being able to work remotely opened the door for me to move to New Brunswick. While moving across the country could have been a daunting task, Jocelyn made the whole process super easy and stress free. She not only knew the differences between the provinces and their real estate systems, but she took the time to explain it and connected me to the right people to make it all happen. I never could have done it without her. If you are moving locally or across the country, I would highly recommend Jocelyn.

My wife and I had been looking for the right property for more than 3 years. Jocelyn helped us find the perfect property for us. Even with many setbacks and complications, Jocelyn and her team went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Every step of the way, she provided options and suggestions with our best interest at heart. Her team helped with extensive research into the different properties and sent us hours of onsite video footage to review before purchasing our dream home. We started the process of looking for our dream home/acreage in 2022 with Jocelyn, and ultimately we pulled the plug as timing wasn't what we felt was right. This year, we felt it was right and we immediately contacted Jocelyn again. From day one she has been professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and with us every step of the way. Between Jocelyn and Ryan you'll have a power team, and we are so thankful we had their guidance and support this year. We met challenges along the way and thanks to them we still ended up realizing our dream of a home on acreage. They have been consistently supportive, communicative, and on the ball. I truly cannot say enough good things about both of them.

I really don’t even know where to start. I guess at the beginning. We were relocated here through my company, who had chose Jocelyn for us. Our first contact was a phone call with her close colleague Ryan and she provided us so much information about how to move across from Ontario to New Brunswick. The information provided was extensive from what parts of Moncton area are what they asked this questions about who we were and what we like to do to help us find the right area plus all the moving tips one could possibly need in a digital folder. My husband and I are very detailed oriented and she was always willing to answer our questions and help us find the right place and I can tell you we looked at a lot of places in one week, as that was our allotted time from my company. Needless to say, we did find a place and Jocelyn was very professional with the negotiating. Fast-forward and unfortunately, we did not find the right place the first time. So again we were on a house search and Jocelyn was always willing to answer our questions. Take us to the places that we wanted to see even if it was five times we have moved again and with this home, there was some stiff negotiating required, and she did an amazing job. She also sold the house that we initially moved to, and she was so excited and passionate about setting it up to make it look warm and inviting. The house sold in July of this year and as we all know, it’s a difficult market. Jocelyn was willing to listen to our feedback and try different things on top of all the million of different marketing ideas that she has and did. She is an excellent marketer. On top of everything, she is, my friend. Her compassion, her willingness to grow is what I think makes her stand above the rest. Jocelyn is five stars and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

She had great suggestions and staged my home beautifully.She walked me through every step of the way. She presented offers even before the official listing went live.
