I want to highly recommend Joanne Whalen as she is an absolutely amazing realtor and if you are looking for that agent who can help you find your dream home in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley you couldn't of asked for any better agent. Courteously mindful, adapts well to any situation, always very kind and willing to explain everything. Informative, knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. Joanne is exceptional.

Joanne helped us find our home in the Annapolis Valley. It is a challenging market to break into because everyone loves the Valley. Joanne was very professional and made it work for us.

Ok, no jokes here, Joanne is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She went above and beyound for me and my children to find my new home. I went for some viewings back in February and had found one perfect home, but this one was not meant to be. I felt I could trust her by then getting to view a house for me, of which I purchased without actually seing it in person. Joanne knew I was picky and especially with the smell of a house. Well first thing she said when she walked in to the house I bought was, it smells fresh. I know its silly but that detail was very important to me and she paid attention to all of the particularities I had. I highly recommend Joanne Whalen she is absolutely amazing and I couldn't of asked for any better agent. Courteously mindful, adapt well to any situations, very professional and very caring about her clients. The list goes on and on and on... amazing service and 5 stars do not do its justice.
