Joanne is an outstanding real estate agent. We were so pleased with her professionalism and dedication to the job of selling our home. She was there for us every step of the way. We have bought and sold several homes and Joanne has been by far the best real estate agent we have ever had. Selling and buying a home is stressful but Joanne made sure we were kept up to date on the entire process. We were so glad we hired her for the job and she made sure she took care of her clients!! If we sell our present home Joanne will be the agent we will hire once again. We highly recommend her!!

We were house shopping moving from Ontario. Joanne provided us with a link to listings os we were able to narrow down the houses we wanted to see when we came to Nova Scotia. Based on this review, we had a list (over 10 houses) over a large area that we wanted to see and she was able to arrange viewings to all of them within the short time that we had. She was able to give us information on the neighbourhoods and she was very thorough and knowledgeable as to what to look for when we went to see the houses. She pointed out the plusses and negatives of each house we saw. When we were ready to make an offer, she provided guidance to us which led us to get the house we wanted within our budget. During house inspection, she was with us and the inspector and provided insightful comments. Not only did she do an extremely good professional job in helping us choose and negotiate but she was always a very pleasant person to be with. A big thank to Joanne from us.

Joanne is an amazing agent and worked very well with us to help us find our new home in NS. We were hampered as my house was on the market since April'23 in Ontario but a very poor market time so didn't sell until Sep'24. Joanne was very patient and helped us since June'23 scheduling homes and areas for us to look at when we were in NS. We spent about 4 days with her at least 4 times before we could put in an offer and she was so helpful showing us various areas and features in the areas as well as setting up appointments to look at homes. We did buy a house in Enfield in Oct'24 and Joanne was instrumental in helping us negotate and work through the buying process. I highly recommend Joanne for her diligence, patience, throughness and professional knowledge !! We have come to look on Joanne as a good friend and helpful support for our move!!
