Joanna did a great job of find the home I was looking for and at a reasonable price, she supported my decision to back away during bidding wars on homes that were not truly the one for me. For the home I did buy she gave me guidance to offer a price with conditions that made sense to me with my budget. I am very happy with the home, its in a beautiful area, the home has great bones with so much potential.
