I engaged Jim for the purchase of my apartment in downtown Vancouver. Jim has good communication skills and is proactive. His demeanor throughout the entire process was admirable as he did his due diligence with good market research materials which he presented patiently and listened with attention to detail. He was highly motivated to get things moving along and did not need me to constantly follow-up on my end. Jim has high integrity and with an overall good experience engaging him in my transaction, I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Jim, is a professional in real state. He is kind, knowledgable, patient and always willing to help me (client). He did extensive research about the properties on sale and the properties sold in the area to set the price for the townhouse we sold. Jim oriented me clearly and precisely to prepare the house for the photos/virtual tour, open houses, private showings, and inspection. His advice was crucial to sale the townhouse very quickly. After 17 days (August 2025) that the townhouse was on the market, we received an offer and sold the house. Jim has helped me to sell and buy properties in the last five years. In the recent sale of the townhouse, Jim had the ability to advice/support both owners to sell our property while we were concluding a long and complicated divorce. Jim is a great realtor and person!
