His extraordinary patience with my many questions and his knowledge of current real estate practices were the major factors that kept me going. The frequent emails of available listings were a great help. He was flexible, kind, personable and always optimistic that the right place would be found. I would highly recommend Jim if you’re looking for a realtor to sell your house. He was personable, available and went above and beyond to sell my Dads house. When I was not able to be at the house to let in various trades, he was always available to be there, which saved me a long trip. He put in a lot of effort with showings and open houses. We worked with Jim in 2020 to buy our house. He was very good at listening to what we wanted and translating that into the housing options that were out there. He navigated us through the various stages of homebuying and helped us with some trickier communication with the previous homeowner to handle some outstanding items about the house.
