I would highly recommend Jim if you’re looking for a realtor to sell your house. He was personable, available and went above and beyond to sell my Dads house. When I was not able to be at the house to let in various trades, he was always available to be there, which saved me a long trip. He put in a lot of effort with showings and open houses. He is definitely the type of realtor that does the work.

Jim is kind and patient. He navigated a complicated situation for the sellers in a hard market. He was very professional and understanding. He was able to get us over asking in a buyers market and we are greatly appreciative of all the hard work he did.
