We worked with Jim in 2020 to buy our house. He was very good at listening to what we wanted and translating that into the housing options that were out there. He navigated us through the various stages of homebuying and helped us with some trickier communication with the previous homeowner to handle some outstanding items about the house. It was also a great perk that he covered our moving costs. 10/10, would recommend.
