Due to the support and expertise Jim and his team provided us, we were able to sell in just a couple of days, for over asking price - and they helped me find a beautiful new home with everything (and more) on my wish-list, within my budget. They took care of all of the behind-the-scenes details and answered all of my several thousands of questions, so I could rest as easy as possible and focus on making clear, level-headed decisions. It means the world to me that this process went so smoothly in an otherwise chaotic, stressful time and we found a perfect place to live where my daughter and I can share the most important years of our lives together.
