I was out of the country under difficult circumstances. Jim contacted me and offered to handle everything for me while I was away. This included arranging disposal of contents, cleaning and painting. He went the extra mile to the extent of purchasing and installing light fixtures and a range hood himself. I then asked him to list my condo, which sold in one hour!!
