Jessica made buying a home a fun and enjoyable journey. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about every neighbourhood I asked her about, she helped me stay on track with what I was looking for the entire time. She was extremely responsive, very easy to reach and always answered all of my questions fully transparency. I especially appriciated her truthfulness in each home we looked it, it really helped me narrow down my options and made it feel like she was helping take weight off my shoulders. Her upbeat and joyful personality also made it really fun to work with her. Her guidance truly helped me find my perfect home, I couldn't have done it without her.

Jessica Gurney is a very talented and hard working Agent. Despite her young age she brings a lot of knowledge ,experience, common sense, and excellent working ethics to the table. She is full of innovative ideas and she will go a long way to make sure you feel like selling your house is number one priority for her. Having her in my corner was definitely a huge comfort for me specially that I didn't feel like my house was just another transaction for her. I was amazed she devoted few hours at the beginning walking around the whole house, asking many questions, taking a lot of notes and getting to know my house. Her favorite answer was "I need to know the house inside out so I could answer any questions people may have without calling you all the time." I appreciated the fact she was on top of the list of necessary documents so there was no delays after the offer came through - we were ready! She was almost as passionate about the value and extra features of my house as I was which helps in promoting the place or negotiating through the whole process . She was always on time looking gorgeous, professional and well prepared. I will definitely recommend Jessica Gurney to my family and friends.

We are moving inter-provincially. Jessica viewed houses for us and provided videos to us of various properties so that we were able to short list the houses to view when we flew in. Jessica also understood our unique house hunting requirements and measured ceiling heights and bedroom spaces as these are critical for our family. Even though one of the properties we were considering was a listing of Jessica’s, she focused on our needs first.
