Jessica was extremely helpful from the start of the process. She provided more than enough knowledge and information on buying property. She provided a complete run down of all the different factors involved in the process, the different types of properties and their pros and cons, neighborhood statistics over time, etc. She didn't leave a question unanswered. She even went out of her way to consult others if she didn't have the complete answer right away. She was very generous of her time and urged to view as many houses as possible in order to refine search criteria and get a better idea of the ideal home for the situation. She provided much insight on future prospects of selling/ upgrading and so on. She also provided great contacts for mortgages, house inspections, house repairs and renovations, even furnishings. Great agent, highly recommend her to anyone looking to own property of any kind, or even those just starting to think about owning property.
