I had contacted Jessica shortly before Christmas regarding the sale of our home. She arrived within 48 hours to provide information regarding the current housing market and feasibility of selling our home in a short period of time, as we already had a contingent offerr place upon a new home ourselves. She had professional photos taken and had the house listed shortly after Christmas. We had 12 viewings with an offer within the first 3 days. She was knowledgeable and available throughout the whole selling process. We had also obtained Jessica's services in purchasing the home previously in 2023. Both transactions went smoothly, and she helped instill confidence as first time home buyers, and then again as sellers ourselves.

Jessica is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She is always on time and brings an amazing attitude and a keen eye for detail when viewing and showing a property. She was especially helpful with knowing decent neighbourhoods and knowing about older houses. It was a pleasure to work with her as she is very reassuring and level headed when approaching and bumps or changes.
