Jessica is a rockstar. She is a truly consummate professional. I am a tough marker by any standard, and I am rarely happy with the quality of the service I receive. Jessica continually exceeded my high standards throughout the home-buying process. She successfully landed us our dream home on budget. My partner and I are both very busy professionals. We were moving back to Saskatchewan from Vancouver. We needed a real estate agent that we could trust to facilitate the interprovincial move. We needed to move quickly and conduct viewings while flying in from out of town. Jessica dutifully accommodated our constraints, arranged viewings, and winnowed out potential properties through her thorough background digging. She was proactive and diligent in coordinating with the other professionals involved (e.g., home inspector, lenders, other agents, etc.). When unforeseen issues arose, she accommodated granting access for trades people and appraisers on short notice. All of this significantly streamlined the process for us and made everything easy. In short, knowing that Jessica was at the helm gave me peace of mind. Jessica has an erudite command of the Regina real estate market and a keen eye for detail. She was practical and diligently moved things along to get the deal done. She always took the initiative. She was highly responsive (both via email and by phone). I was never left waiting around to hear from her. If she was in another viewing or with another client, she always phoned me back promptly as soon as she was done. Jessica’s strategic advice when it came to negotiating was on point and very balanced. She always remained calm, solution-oriented, and deal-focused when unforeseen hiccups arose. She made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Jessica is the perfect Realtor. I could not recommend her more highly.
