Jesse is the best thing to have happened to me in 2025. I came to him with steep demands, and he met and exceeded them in every way. I honestly find it hard to finds the words to give this man the praise he deserves but I will try. I had an urgent timeline, and Jesse immediately understood the assignment and that there was no time to waste. This was my first home purchase, and in this endeavor, he provided guidance and support that I did not know I needed. He personally curated a purchase list of locations that met my desires. And when my personal hurdles got in the way Jesse found a way to guide me to overcome them and proceed to an outcome that I did not think was possible. When work took me away from the city for two weeks, Jesse stepped in and stepped up as my liaison to facilitate the necessary communication and flow of information that required response times as short as a few hours. In the end Jesse helped me find a lovely condo and in a good neighborhood that I am extremely pleased with, and in no small way opened the door to home ownership. For this I am forever grateful.

We listed and sold our house with Jesse during the Covid outbreak - a very difficult time to sell a home given the reduced number of buyers. Buyers did show up and Jesse was always available and eager to show our home. When a proffer did come in, Jesse worked with us and the potential buyer to get a very satisfactory closing. We certainly would ask him to list and sell a property in the future. A dedicated guy!!

Originally we had what we thought was a very reasonable offer from a builder off-market to purchase our home. We ultimately decided to hire Jesse and Justin to handle the sale and we are glad we did. We were able to secure and move into our new home on time. The whole process went smoothly and in the end, we ended netting about $20,000 more on our sale than if we had taken the builder's offer. If you are considering a move, I would definitely hire Jesse and Justin.
