<p>Jesse is above and beyond what we could have asked for! We have had the pleasure of Jesse as our realtor - twice! And he has been exemplary. Jesse connected with us to truly understand our needs and wants. He sets realistic expectations and is honest, professional and very transparent! <p>Jesse was instrumental in creating a real estate investment opportunity for me in Toronto while I was living in New York. We communicated remotely and had many timing, location and logistical issues to overcome, but he was professional, patient and reliable in our exchanges. Jesse single-handedly took care of all the legal, regulatory, and "on the ground" issues that we faced. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty. I had little to no involvement, being a very passive investor, yet he operated with all the care and professionalism that I could ask for. We currently have a profitable investment, with few minor setbacks, which Jesse currently manages and I could not ask for a better business partner. Jesse was great to work with. He helped me navigate a new market and find what I was looking for. He negotiated and got me a better deal that I imagined I would get and was supportive, friendly and prompt through the entire process.
