Jesse helped us purchase a new house and sell our old house. On the purchase side, Jesse had a keen eye for detail in assessing both the houses and neighborhoods that we were looking at. He made great suggestions, helped us ask the right questions, and guided us through several negotiations in a tough market, until we signed an agreement for the right house. When it came to selling our home, Jesse brought in a range of professionals to help us get it prepped and listed quickly and to maximize its potential. He gave us sound advice about the market and the optimal listing strategy. We followed his recommendations, with the result that the house showed beautifully. When it went on market, it got huge attention and booked showings that far exceeded our expectations. Jesse managed the marketing process and gave us updates and guidance throughout. Jesse is  very  easy to work with  and did a  great job  generating interest from multiple  buyers for  our  property.  His weekly market  price  updates leading up to our  listing helped us set  our expectations and get a good selling price in a  very short  time.

Jesse is an exceptional agent. He takes his role seriously, and delivers professional service with the right amount of human touch. As a first time homebuyer, I had very little knowledge on the process/steps etc. Jesse was extremely thorough in explaining the steps, coordinating my mortgage pre-approval process, and stuck with me through three days of showings/viewings to make sure I make, and have my offer accepted, for the right property. Note, my offer was accepted on a Saturday evening closer to midnight, and so Jesse spent a good portion of that evening liaising with me and the listing agent. I really appreciated that. Overall, Jesse was asily accessible, took time to walk me through each property and explain the good and the bad (the latter is essential from a realtor), and comment on comparables. He even took the initiative to look into certain things for me without me promoting him, in order to speed up my ability to secure a preferred property in an insanely hot market. I would highly recommend Jesse and encourage you to reach out to him, as I know I will be using him in the future.
