Jersey Li is the best realtor I have worked with and I worked with many as a real estate investor. He is a really smart guy and always took care of your interest first and went out of his way to help you. I had a tenanted property with very difficult tenants who refused to move out because the current market rent is $800 more than what they were paying. Being remote, I had a difficult time selling. But Jersey stepped up and helped me. The tenant issue got resolved and the condo was sold $50,000 above asking. I truly thank Jersey for his help. He is now not only my agent but a very dear friend of mine!! I highly recommend Jersey as your next realtor! 😊😊
