He not only has a thorough knowledge about the market but a good negotiator in the recent slow market,my apartment was sold through him in a reasonably short time.The price sold was to my expectation.Throught out the processing period,he always can be reach anytime. He does listen and give suggestions. From my experience with him, he is a good realtor for selling and buying.So I would recommend him to do the job.
