It was awesome working with Jennifer she was super organized and efficient she listened to our needs and found us a house that fits perfectly within three tries and it only took three tries because of being outbid. Jenn, Who was also our selling agent And did a fantastic job staging our home. She is super knowledgeable and worries about everything for you so you don’t have to. She will make your move as stress free and easy as possible. We highly recommend working with her!

Jennifer listened to what my needs were in getting a new condo! She went above and beyond to help me sell my old condo by staging and showing it beautifully! She was fast in finding us a great new condo and negotiated to get us a great price! I sold my condo fast and was able to get a great price with Jennifer’s help! It was a seamless experience and not stressful at all! Jennifer considered my handicapped needs and helped me navigate paperwork and advised me on all the important stages of selling and purchasing a new dream condo! Jen is amazing! She spent a lot of time with us, showing us many, many houses. A huge plus is how well she knows Winnipeg. She helped us find a home that had been overlooked by other buyers, saving us a lot of money! When she wasn't showing us houses, she showed us around Winnipeg. She introduced us to some of the best restaurants I have ever known. After many home purchases, I can easily say that Jen D-F is truly the best.

Jen helped find a suitable condo for my father. We viewed a number of different options and Jen was level headed, offering reasons why various properties were or were not good for my dad. Her knowledge of design and cost of renovation were very much appreciated. She was supportive and offered great advise through bargaining and closing to condo documents and movers.
