As first time home buyers we had no idea how to navigate the housing market, and only a vague idea of what we thought we wanted in a home. Jen was patient with us, walking us through every step of the process from just explaining the steps of buying a house to finding us the perfect home. Jen worked with our schedules and was always available to answer any and all of our questions. When the time came to negotiate our offer Jen definitely went above and beyond for us and we could not be more thankful. Working with Jen we knew that she had our best interests in mind and we felt so much better knowing we could trust her. 10/10 would recommend to everyone, and will be recommending to all our friends.
