We were on a tight timeframe in a difficult market. Also, our expectations for our new home were high. Jennifer and her partner Stephen Burgoin were relentless and patient and made it happen. We found the perfect house and Jenn and Steve took us through the process to secure our purchase. Their experience and professionalism was greatly appreciated and we highly recommend their services!

Jenn knew the condo market where we bought, recommended excellent tradespeople to help us prior to move in, and was intimately knowledgeable about the specific building we moved into. She provided good advice on the building and also knew which buildings we should avoid. Jenn also sold our house. She used a professional stager and made good recommendations which would help us declutter and sell at an excellent rate.

Jenn was absolutely outstanding and made selling our property fun!. She is professional, hard working, very pleasant, positive in her outlook, and dependable. Her communication and negotiating skills were excellent. She delivered exactly what she said to us at our first meeting. We would highly recommend her to everyone!!
